Tonight on the show we had Sidney Grant join us for our '5 Questions' segment. What a hoot.... What a jooot.... What a....??? show.
This man is amazing.
Marcelo Gutierrez gave us some interesting musical interactive drills that we can also enjoy even if we are not LIVE. So listen and give it a shot!

Tonight we were joined by Avik Basu from Ann Arbor.
This was one of my favorite shows. We had a a really great discussion about, well so many things. If you want to fast froward go towards the end when we talked about DJing. Or go towards the end when we talked about tango.
In the beginning we just wetted the surface. That was fun too.
Carol from Montreal called in, and we got to listen to her snore.
Krissy from Philly. Jaimes from Sante Fe. And our Co-Host and friend Marcelo once again joined us from Buenos Aires.

Tonight on the show we we joined by Emily Cheeger and Jorge Torres.
Emily shared the music she recorded the other day with her singing with Maurizio Najt on piano. It was really beautiful.
Jorge Torres joined us from Japan and shared his stories of how he got started dancing at the age of 3. How it cultivated his life and helped him on his artistic journey.

Tonight we had an amazing show.
My dad, Gary Hoopengardner Sr., played his original songs. We chatted and had a great time.
He is my inspiration and I am glad he was here to share his music with us.
Mariana Parma joined us for our '5 Questions' segment. She has been a dancer for most of her life and shared her story with us.
Based in NYC she has been teaching many disciplines of dance for over 15 years.

Tonight we visited Japan and Argentina. We had Yukie Kawanami play LIVE music for us and she was amazing. Her bandoneon was full of soul and beauty.
We were also joined in our 5 Questions segment by Guillermina Quiroga and Mariano Logiudice. This amazing dancing couple has been working together for many years and shared some really interesting stories with us.
Marcelo Gutierrez joined us for the program as well and as usual we had some very interesting conversations with him as well.

Tonight on the show we had Pacha Mendes representing El Cachivache promoting their new album, Anti Cuerpo. It is their first venture into electronic tango music.
Jorge Torres didn't manage to join us but hopefully he will in the future.

What a fun show. Tonight we were joined by Nick Jones from Denver CO. Nick has been a dancers and a teacher for over 20 years. He is also a musician and he shared some of his bandoneon playing for us.
Maria Valentina also joined us for our 5 Questions segment. Maria is a loooong time New Yorker and school teacher. She also co-hosted milonga Capricho with her good friend Monica Ramirez.
Maria also is active on social media some tango games and a podcast where she has interviewed many tango teachers.
